4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
