Our Return Policy

Rene's Fashions truly understands that ordering online isn't always easy. We want to make online shopping with us as easy as possible for you. We would gladly accept your returns back to the payment method used for the order or in exchange for a store credit that may be used on a future purchase. 
Return Policy: Please return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it. Exchanges and returns are accepted under certain conditions. If store credit is wanted, we will send you a store credit in the form of an e-gift card or a promotional code to the email address on file. 
We do not accept used, damaged, washed, or altered clothing, as well as sale products and accessories. Please inspect your items carefully before returning them. The return will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued if it is sent back after the 10-day return policy, ineligible, or not in sellable condition.

All final sale items are non-refundable/returnable! 

Processing time for returns is 5-7 business days from the return received notification.


Damaged Item: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damage if you received a damaged/defective item. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item by mail. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. A replacement or store credit will be issued. 
  • All items are returned to Rene's at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside (you can use your packing slip) the return package with your name, order number and reason for return. 
  • In the event that the returned item is lost on the way back to Rene's, the customer must obtain a tracking number for returned package. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process the return. 
  • Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are not refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
